CityPopNow (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains the information handled by the App and how it is used.

This policy applies to information handled when you use the App.

2. Information handled by the App

2.1 Data stored on your device and in iCloud

The following information is stored primarily on your device. The App does not send or store this gameplay data on servers operated by us.

• Answered cities, discovered and revealed cities, game history, statistics, and achievements
• Settings such as game mode, language, appearance, and answer rules
• Backup and export files created by you

If you use iCloud sync after purchasing Supporter, progress is stored in Apple's iCloud key-value storage. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to iCloud.

2.2 Purchases (Apple / RevenueCat)

The App uses Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat to process the Supporter purchase, check entitlement status, and restore purchases. Purchase history, an anonymous app user identifier, and technical device or OS information may be processed by those providers.

2.3 Advertising and consent (Google AdMob / Google User Messaging Platform)

The App uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent management. Google may process an advertising identifier when permitted through ATT, IP address, device information, ad impressions and interactions, and consent status.

Ads are not shown during active quiz play. Interstitial ads may appear only between completed sessions. Rewarded ads that reveal locked city names are optional for free users. The Supporter purchase removes all ads, including rewarded ads.

2.4 Photos and sharing

When you choose to save a result image, the App adds that image to your photo library at your direction. Content sent through the system share sheet is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the destination you select.

2.5 Support

If you contact support, we may use the message, contact information, device or OS details, app version, and other information you choose to send in order to respond.

3. Purposes of use

• Provide quiz, map, collection, statistics, and sharing features
• Verify and restore purchases and provide iCloud sync
• Serve ads according to consent choices and maintain ad safety
• Respond to support requests, investigate issues, and improve quality
• Comply with applicable law

4. Tracking and your choices

Depending on your consent and iOS ATT authorization, the App may use an advertising identifier for ad delivery and measurement. You can use the App without granting ATT permission. In supported regions, you may be able to review consent choices from the in-app advertising privacy settings.

5. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Information processed by iCloud, Apple, RevenueCat, Google, or a support provider is retained under each provider's policy.

6. Third parties and international processing

We do not sell personal information. Apple, RevenueCat, Google, and support providers may process information as needed to provide the features described above, including in countries outside your own.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed primarily to children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page.
