CityPopNow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of CityPopNow (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App is a geography quiz game in which you enter city names and explore map progress, population coverage, collections, and statistics. The App does not guarantee learning outcomes, examination results, or the completeness or accuracy of city and population data.

2. Access and data

You can use the App without an account. Gameplay data is stored primarily on your device. Data may be lost because of device failure, uninstallation, operating system changes, or user action.

3. Purchases

Supporter is a one-time in-app purchase that removes regular ads and enables iCloud sync. Purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration are governed by the terms and procedures of the Apple App Store.

4. Advertising

Ads may be shown during free use. Ads are not shown during active quiz play. Rewarded ads are optional features selected by the user.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using the App in violation of law or public policy
• Attempting unauthorized access, interference, or harmful analysis of the App or related services
• Infringing rights in the App or its content
• Other conduct reasonably determined to be harmful to operation of the App

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the App's software, design, text, images, and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Sources and licenses for city data and other materials are identified in the App.

7. Changes and availability

We may change the App or suspend or discontinue all or part of it when reasonably necessary.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use or inability to use the App, loss of data, or operation of notifications, advertising, or third-party services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
