ArcheryNow Terms of Service

Language: This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any conflict with the Japanese Terms of Service, the Japanese text prevails regarding governing law and jurisdiction (Japan; Yokohama District Court, Hiratsuka Branch, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws).

By using ArcheryNow (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the paid Pro plan, these Terms apply together with store information and Apple’s terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the App (free or paid). For information practices, see the Privacy Policy.

2. What the App does

The App provides archery score logging, statistics and visualization, and practice-related reference information. Pro features are as described in the App and on the App Store.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice except where required by law, and we will try to inform you within a reasonable scope.

3. Accounts

The App does not require email registration or account creation. Apple or third parties may process identifiers and transaction data for device identification, purchase status, or iCloud sync (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not: violate laws or public order; infringe our, other users’, or third parties’ rights; interfere with the App or attempt unauthorized access; or commercially resell information from the App without consent. We may restrict or suspend use for violations.

5. Pro and billing

Purchases use the Apple App Store (Apple Media Services Terms). Subscriptions may auto-renew; manage them under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices follow the store. We may use RevenueCat for entitlements (see Privacy Policy). Refunds follow Apple (Report a Problem).

6. Coach feature

Outputs are reference information from scores/statistics, not medical advice or certified coaching. Consult professionals for health issues. On-device AI may be used on supported devices per Apple’s platform.

7. Intellectual property

The App and materials belong to us or licensors. You keep rights to data you enter and grant a limited non-exclusive license for operating and improving the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability except for willful misconduct or gross negligence (mandatory consumer laws may apply).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes: Yokohama District Court, Hiratsuka Branch as exclusive court of first instance. ※ Consumers may choose another competent court where required by the Consumer Contract Act or other laws.

10. Changes

We may change these Terms; changes take effect when posted on GitHub Pages or otherwise notified. Continued use means acceptance.
