1. Using the app
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license. This page adds the app-specific conditions for tools and purchases.
2. Using tools
Each new game includes one free use of Clear One and one of Swap. A use is spent only when you confirm a valid action. Selecting targets or cancelling spends nothing.
After the free use, complete an ad to earn one extra use of your chosen tool. Each tool allows two uses per game: one free and one from an ad. Extra uses apply only to that game and do not carry over to a new game or a same-board replay.
Regular play and free tools require no app-specific login or internet connection. Boards and personal records are saved on the device.
3. Remove End-of-Game Ads
This one-time purchase removes ads shown when leaving game results for another game or Home.
After purchasing, optional ads for an extra tool use remain available only when you choose to watch.
Purchases and ads are available in supported versions and regions. In-app purchases are offered in Japan. Review the product details, availability and prices provided by Apple on the purchase screen before confirming.
TestFlight purchases use Apple Sandbox and do not create real charges. Test entitlements remain separate from App Store production entitlements.
4. Purchase checks and support
To check an existing ad-free entitlement, choose Settings → Restore the ad-free purchase. Retrieving products, purchasing, checking purchases and restoring an entitlement require a connection to Apple. Use Apple purchase support for billing and refund requests.
These supplemental conditions do not limit rights under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement or applicable law. Contact us through Kitokito Apps Support and include SameGameNow.
